In this thirty-minute session, we'll assess your experience level, talk through safety and gym culture, and answer any questions you have about training. This one-on-one intro is designed to help you feel comfortable and confident on the mat. No experience necessary

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This gives us time to offer your slot to another prospective student and keeps our schedule running smoothly.
